A pathway for developing junior cricketers
The SWISH Academy is a pre-season development program created to support promising junior cricketers across Bunbury and the wider South West.
Delivered by SWISH Bunbury, the academy combines structured cricket coaching with performance-focused training to help young players strengthen their skills, build confidence and prepare for the next stage of their cricket development.
The program is open to developing male and female juniors, with squads targeting:
U13 Boys
U16 Boys
U16 Girls
What players can expect
SWISH Academy sessions are structured around the skills and physical capabilities junior players need as they continue to progress through cricket.
Training may include:
Batting development
Bowling development
Fielding and catching
Technical skill refinement
Game awareness and decision-making
Strength and conditioning
Speed, agility and movement
Confidence and resilience
Performance habits and preparation
The focus extends beyond simply getting more training sessions in. Players are encouraged to understand their game, develop strong fundamentals and become more confident and capable cricketers.

Girls Squad Trials:
Trial 1 : Friday August 28th 4:00-5:30pm (20 PAX)
Trial 2 – Monday August 31st 4:00-5:00pm (8 PAX)
Trial 3 – Monday August 31st 5:00-6:00pm (8 PAX)
