SWISH CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 13th June 2025

At SWISH Bunbury, we value your patronage and aim to provide a smooth booking experience. To help us manage our facilities effectively, please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Individual Bookings

  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your individual booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking may not be eligible for a refund. This includes no-shows, where a refund will not be provided.

2. Event Bookings

Event bookings are defined by any 1 x booking longer than 2 hours in duration OR a series of bookings that total more than 2 hours. This includes corporate functions, club trainings, birthday parties etc.

  • Cancellation Notice: Event bookings are required to give notice of cancellation at least 7 days in advance of their scheduled booking to receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled within a week but before 72 hours prior to booking start time will receive a credit.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a credit.

3. How to Cancel

When contacting us, please provide your booking details, including your name, the date and time of your reservation, and the reason for cancellation.
